WILLIS -- A. O. Willis, Sr., of Jena, Louisiana, 74 years and 11 days of age, died today, Friday, April 30, 1943, at 7:40 a.m. at the Baptist Hospital.

Mr. Willis is survived by his wife, three sons, A. P. Willis and A. O. Willis, Jr. of Jena, O. O. Willis of Orange, Texas; one daughter, Mrs. T. H. Quinn of New Orleans, thirteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held in Jena at 3 p.m. Sunday.
