A.B. Hall, 67, 3321 Pine Drive, died Sunday, Aug. 26, 1990, at Mississippi Baptist Hospital in Jackson. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with burial in Hickory Grove Cemetery. The Rev. Danny Speed will officiate.
He was the owner and operator of Hall Industries and was the founder and first president of Mississippi Roofing Contractors Association. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, and was a member of the VFW.
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice V. Ollmer Hall, of Laurel; sons, Charles M. (Spike) Hall and Barry Hall, both of Laurel; daughters, Sherry Hall Shows and Kathy Johnson, both of Laurel, Karen Pate of Jackson; three brothers, Dan Hall of Laurel, Charles Hall of Ellisville, and Josiah Hall of Texas; two sisters, Velma Benton of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Virginia Moon of Corinth, N.Y. and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Don Schrimpshire, Johnny McCaskill, Jim Hamilton, Smokey Hill, Doyle Ward and Henry Bustin.
Visitation begins at 6 p.m. tonight at Memory Chapel, which is in charge of arrangements.
