ADA MAE WEST
Ada Mae West, 69, of Waynesboro, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2002, at Forrest General Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Freeman Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Arrington Cemetery.
Mrs. West was preceded in death by her husband, Howard E. West; a son, James Edward West; a daughter, Sarah Louise West; a brother, Homer Lofton; and two sisters, Hazel Brown and Daisy Bunch.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth R. West of Petal and James Ray West of Myrick; a daughter, Sharon Faye Edison of Waynesboro; eight brothers, William Lofton, Thomas Lofton, Willie Lofton, Houston Lofton, Robert Lofton, all of Waynesboro, Roy Lofton of Mobile, Ala. and Billy Lofton in Waynesboro; two half brothers, Van Lofton of Arkansas and Mitchel Lofton of Mexico; a sister, Mary Lindsey of Butler, Ala.; a half sister, Margie Kelley; seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Freeman Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
