Addison M. Walker

DRY PRONG -- Addison M. Walker, 76, of Dry Prong died at 10:30 p.m. Sunday in his home.

He was a native of Winnfield and a heavy equipment operator at England Air Force Base.

Survivors include his wife, Audie Butts Walker of Dry Prong; one son, Bobby Gene Walker of Groves, Texas; one brother, Arnold Walker of Ball; three sisters, Irene McConathy of Weatherford, Texas, Azis [sic Avis] Gates of Dry Prong and Idell Walker of Tioga; and four grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in New Prospect Baptist Church with the Revs. James Carson and L.S. Gates officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Bentley, under direction of Hixson Bros., Alexandria.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home and after 1 p.m. Tuesday in the church.
