Addye Cooke
Addye Cooke, 84, of 4971 Terry Rd., a homemaker, died of cancer Wednesday at Hinds County General Hospital.
Services are 2 p.m. today at Wright & Ferguson Chapel with burial at Lakewood South Cemetery. Visitation is at 10 a.m. today.
Mrs. Cooke, a native of Columbia, La., had lived in Jackson since 1922. She was a member of Brookleigh Baptist Church.
Survivors include: son, J.C. Cooke Jr. of Jackson; brother, W.R. Chapman of Memphis; sisters, Sarah Winn Brannon of Jackson and Minnie Carnahan of Bull Shoals, Ark.; and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Brookleigh Baptist Church.
