Agnes Mitchell Butler
Agnes Mitchell Butler, 80, of Gloster, died Dec. 6, 2006, at Wilkinson County Nursing Center.
Visitation is 10 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster until services there at 11 a.m. The Rev. Max Foreman will officiate, and burial will be in Roseland Cemetery in Gloster.
Mrs. Butler was born Feb. 9, 1926, in Amite County, to Truly and Exie Minor Mitchell.
She was a retired nurse's aide and was a member of the Royal Chapel Methodist Protestant Church of Crosby.
Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willie Ray Butler; a son, Ricky Ray Butler; and a daughter, Dennia Darline Foreman.
Survivors include a son, Jennings ``Buddy'' Foreman of Gloster; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Butler Myers and Andrew of Lafayette, La., and Maurine and John Brewer of Meadville; four grandchildren, Britt Herring, D'Ann Duhon, Wesley Bryan Foreman and Nichole Branham; and five great-grandchildren.
