Albert Lowrey

Albert H. Lowrey, 57, of Tuscaloosa Rt. 1 died Wednesday night in the Veterans Hospital in Birmingham.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Hopewell Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles E. Langston officiating. Burial will be in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel in charge.

Survivors include his wife; Mrs. Inez Wallace Lowrey; a daughter, Diane Lowrey of Centreville; three brothers, J. P. Lowrey and Willard Lowrey, both of Birmingham, and Hollis Lowrey of West Blocton; a sister, Mrs. Jimmy Mitchell of Gulfport, Miss.; and three grandchildren.

Mr. Lowrey was a veteran of World War II, serving in the infantry.

ALBERT H. LOWREY, 57, Tuscaloosa, who died Wednesday, was a native of Bibb County. A veteran of World War II, he was retired from the U. S. Army. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. Funeral was today at Hopewell Baptist Church with burial in Tuscaloosa. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Miss Diane Lowrey; a sister, Mrs. Jimmy Mitchell, Gulfport, Miss., and three brothers, D. W. Lowrey, Wylam; J. P. Lowrey, Hueytown, and Hollis Lowrey, West Blocton.
