Albert M. Camp

WINNFIELD -- Services for Albert M. Camp will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery, near Calvin, under direction of Southern.

Camp, 80, of Winnfield died at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday in Lincoln General Hospital, Ruston.

He was a native of Winnfield and a member of First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for 37 years and as song director of the adult's choir for 15 years. He was a 32nd-degree Mason and a member of Masonic Lodge No. 431, Calvin.

Survivors include his wife, Lillian C. Camp of Winnfield; one son, Julius A. Camp of Winnfield; one brother, Chester L. Camp of Winnfield; three sisters, Lillie Perow of Winnfield, Ollie Barrett of Baton Rouge and Gladys Woods of Seguin, Texas; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call from 2:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
