MRS. ALETHA LEE

FOREST -- Funeral services for Mrs. Aletha Catherine Lee, 73, of Polkville, were conducted from the Bulah Church (Polkville) Tuesday with the Rev. Julius Thompson officiating and burial was in the Bulah Cemetery.

Mrs. Lee was born in Smith County, member of the Baptist church. She died Sunday night in the Pelahatchie Clinic following a long illness.

She leaves her husband, A. D. Lee of Polkville, three daughters, Mrs. Louis Walters, Mrs. Earl Everett both of Polkville, Mrs. Winnie Hughes of Jackson, one son, Hilton [sic Helton] Lee of Polkville, one sister, Mrs. T. C. Wardell of Sylvarena, 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
