Alfred Carroll Hatcher

Services for Alfred Carroll Hatcher, 48, of Winnfield were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church of Winnfield with the Rev. Grayson Watson and Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating.

Burial was in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Mr. Hatcher died Sunday, April 15, 1984 at Humana Hospital-Winn Parish, after a long illness.

The Sikes native was a member of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. He was a member of First United Methodist church of Winnfield where he was a member of the Crusaders for Christ Sunday School class.

Survivors include his wife, Jean Hatcher of Winnfield; three sons, Benny Hatcher, Kevin Hatcher, and Kenny Hatcher, all of Winnfield; mother, Mrs. Jessie Hatcher of Monroe; a brother, Robert Douglas Hatcher of Beaumont, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Jimmye Dee Akins of Monroe.

Pallbearers were A. B. White, James Machen, Cas B. Moss, Howard Wilson, Sr., Charles Bates, and Martin R. Bozeman.
