February 23, 1940 - June 30, 2014

Alice Faye Crawford Daily, 74, of Port Neches, Texas passed away on Monday, June 30, 2014 at Mid-Jefferson Extended Care Hospital in Nederland.

She was born on February 23, 1940 to Nina Mae Hendricks Crawford and Crosby Beler Crawford in Jasper, Texas. Alice has been a resident of the area since she was 4 years old. She worked at Pizza Inn in Port Neches as a waitress before becoming disabled. Alice was a member of the Church of Christ Church. She was a loving, caring mother. She had a long term illness.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, July 4, 2014 at Fellowship Cemetery in Warren, Texas with Tom Hicklin, officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wilson Alvin Daily.

Alice is survived by her daughters, Debora Kay Daily and Kathy Renea Daily, her sister, Myra June Crawford Ellis and her brother-in-law, Emmet Patrick Ellis along with her niece, Patty Lynn Ellis, her nephews, Timothy Patrick Ellis, Phillip Gary Ellis and Kenneth Wayne Ellis.
