MRS. ALLIE E. IVEY

FERRIDAY, Jan. 28 (Special) -- Funeral services for Mrs. Allie E. Ivey, 61, resident of Jonesville who died at her home Wednesday night were held at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Friday.

Rev. Lawrence officiated. Interment under the direction of the Comer Funeral Home of Ferriday followed in the family plot at the Pine Hill Cemetery near Sicily Island.

Mrs. Ivey, a resident of Jonesville for three years, having moved there from Sicily Island, was a member of the Pine Hill Baptist Church.

Her survivors include her husband, Charlie H. Ivey, Jonesville; two sons, Henry E., Natchez, Miss.; and Marvin D., of Jonesville; three daughters, Mrs. Bernice Mason and Mrs. Edith McMillin, both of Jonesville and Mrs. Blanche Masters, Natchez; seven brothers, Charlie Guice and Grove Guice of Pioneer; Henry, Ross, and Fielding Guice of Sicily Island; Elmore Guice of Angleton, Tex., and Ira Guice, Ferriday; 18 great grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
