Mrs. Alice Drummer

CLAYTON -- Funeral services were to be at 3 p.m. today at Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday for Mrs. Alice Drummer, 74, of Clayton.

The Rev. Jerry Hunt was to officiate, with burial at Huffman Cemetery in Manifest.

Mrs. Drummer died Monday at her residence after a short illness.

Survivors include her husband, George Drummer Sr. of Clayton; two step-sons, George J. Drummer Jr. of Ferriday and Earl Drummer of Houston, Tex.; two brothers, Bullard Maples and Butler Maples, both of Clayton; and one sister, Mrs. Sally Reeves of Bastrop.

Pallbearers were to be Ray Halford, Jack Chandler, J. R. Alexander, G. T. Halford, Harvey Pruitt, Guy Tarver.
