Services for Alice Lee, 82, of Ingram were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, 1988 in the Grimes Funeral Chapels with Rev. Paul McClung officiating and interment at Nichols Cemetery.
She passed away Sunday, December 11, 1988 at her residence. She was a lifetime resident of Ingram. She was born August 6, 1906 in Kerr County, Texas. She was married to Burnett Lee on October 22, 1922 in Kerrville. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ingram.
Survivors include husband Burnett Lee of Ingram; four daughters, Doris Lee Smith of Kerrville, Marjorie Duston of San Marcos, Mary Sue Hayward of Corpus Christi and Betty Lou Ward of Dripping Springs; two sons, Billy Lee of Ingram, and Pat Holcombe of Ingram; two sisters, Nona Bulkey [sic Bulkley] of Junction and Dorothy Hardy of Ingram, sixteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and one great [great] grandchild.
Funeral arrangements [were] under the direction of the Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
