Allen Golden Nealy
Allen Golden Nealy, a native of State Line, MS and a lifelong resident of Grand Bay, AL, departed this life on Monday, August 2, 2010.
Mr. Nealy retired from Chevron Oil Refinery in Pascagoula, MS in 1992. Mr. Nealy served in the U. S. Marine Corp and is a decorated Korean War Veteran. He earned a Purple Heart during his service defending our country and was a part of the Chosin Few Division.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years, Wanda Lee Nealy, of Grand Bay, AL; one daughter, Wendy Schlumpf (Jimmy) of Fairhope, AL; two sons, Ronnie (Lisa) Nealy of Fairhope, AL and Bart (Carla) Nealy of Grand Bay, AL; 7 grandchildren, who will all miss their Grandpa; and other nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held at the United Methodist Church in Grand Bay, AL at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 7, 2010. Online condolences may be offered at wanda36541@gmail.com.
