MRS. ALMA HAMRICK

Mrs. Alma Durell Hamrick, 43, died in a local clinic at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning in Hix[s]on Brothers Funeral Chapel, with Rev. I. L. Yeager officiating. The remains will then be shipped overland to Vicksburg, Miss. where another service is to be held in the Glennwood Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Interment will be in the Vicksburg City Cemetery.

Surviving are her husband, P. N. Hamrick, three brothers, Louis A., Charles and Carl Kelly, all of Vicksburg; four sisters, Mrs. Ena Flowers of Vicksburg, Mrs. Lottie Barlow of Sardis, Miss.; Mrs. Sally Cowan of Sartarsia, Miss.; Mrs. Myrtle E. Wilson, of Vicksburg, and her mother, Mrs. Mattie Kelly.

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Hamrick was employed by the Missouri Pacific Railroad for 12 years. She was a member of the Stone Avenue Methodist church. Her mother, Mrs. Mattie Kelly, lives in Vicksburg.
