MRS. ALMA LEE EVANS

BAY SPRINGS, Miss. -- Funeral services for Mrs. Alma Lee Evans, 89, White Oak, who died Monday morning in a Collins nursing home, will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday from the Fellowship Baptist Church, Smith County. Burial will be in the church cemetery, with the Revs. Herman McAlpin and Curtis Tuggle officiating. Memory Chapel of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are three daughters: Mrs. P. H. Thompson, Mrs. Buford Yates, both of White Oak; Mrs. R. L. May of Magee; three sons: John T. Evans, William D. Evans, both of Jackson; Edell Evans, Memphis, Tenn.; 23 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Herman McAlpin of Runnelstown.
