Mrs. Elinor Winter

Mrs. Amanda Elinor Winter, 74, a native of Woolmarket and a resident of New England since 1925, died Oct. 25 in Portland, Maine.

The funeral service will be held Friday morning at 11 o'clock at Riemann Funeral Home Chapel in Long Beach with the Rev. P. S. Dodge, pastor of Providence Baptist Church, Gulfport, officiating. Interment will be in Allen Cemetery.

Friends may call at the chapel after 6:30 p.m. today.

Mrs. Winter, born Feb. 4, 1891, in Woolmarket, was the daughter of the late John and Mary Ellen Williams. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Winter was a matron of the State School for Girls in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

Her only survivors are nephews and nieces who reside on the Coast.
