Andrew Calvin ``Andy'' Hayes, 69, of 800 Rice Valley Road, A-2,
died April 13, 1994, at the Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Services were to be at 2 p.m. today at Memory Chapel Funeral Home.
Rick Lance and the Rev. Carl Wells will officiate with burial
in Memory Hill Gardens, Memory Chapel Funeral Home directing.
He was a member of First Baptist Church and was a member of Dolan
Davis Sunday school class in the Adult II Department. He was an
Army veteran of World War II, a member of the American Legion
and was a retired employee of Memory Hill Gardens.
Survivors include his wife, Oleta Hayes, Tuscaloosa; four brothers,
John A. Hayes, Tuscaloosa, J.B. Hayes, Jacksonville, Azor Hayes,
Woodstock, and David Hayes, Mobile; and a sister, Lurline Glassman,
West Palm Beach, Fla.
Pallbearers were to be Morgan Brown, George Welch, Johnny
Walker, Kirk Patterson, Glenn Gray, Richard Hamner, Joe Hayes
and Karl Yeager.
