Survived by wife, Margaret Malone Jones; two daughters, Linda (Mike) Borum, Nashville and Jacqueline (Jerry) Boudreau, Salt Lake City, Utah; son, Andrew L. (Linda) Jones III; two sisters, Elizabeth Trousdale, Flat Rock, TN. and Lula Mae Lunardi, Roseville, CA; two brothers, Granville Jones, Madison, TN. and Gene R. Jones, Fairport, N.Y.; three grandchildren, Ellen Lea Jones, David M. Borum and Joshua R. Borum.
Mr. Jones was a Member of Echo Hills Church of Christ. He was a Veteran of World War II 273rd MP Battalion, serving in China, Burma and India. He was past President of I.E.S. and Electric League. He was currently serving as President of Tennessee Christian Medical Center Volunteers Auxilary. He was a Member of The Elks Lodge and The American Legion.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m., Thursday, January 14, 1993, Forest Lawn Chapel with Tom Seals officiating. Interment with Military Honors, Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation with the family Wednesday, 11 a.m. til 9 p.m. and Thursday, 9 a.m. until service.
