Mrs. Anita Culpepper died Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Autumn Leaves Nursing Home in Winnfield. Mrs. Culpepper was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a friend to all.

Friends may visit with the family 5:00pm until 8:00pm Monday, September 9, 2013 at Southern Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Funeral services will be held 10:00am Tuesday in Southern Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Frank Shields officiating.

Survivors include daughters, Lisa Cuylpepper Searcy & husband Danny of Jonesboro; Sharon Culpepper Williams & husband Rodger of Jonesboro; sons, Gary Creed of Kaplan, LA, James Culpepper & wife Sandy of Jonesboro; sister Lynda Kline & husband John of Burkville, TX; grandchildren, Kamryn Searcy, Garrett Williams, Gunner Williams, Dewayne Creed, Christopher Creed, Tamara Creed, Mikaela Culpepper; great-grandchildren, Joshua Creed, Anna Belle Aldy and Isa Belle Aldy; nephews, Kevin Melton & Jake Ashmore.

Mrs. Culpepper was preceded in death by her parents, James Lawson Jones and Audie Maxine Gates Jones; husband, Albert Wayne Culpepper; nephew, David Barber.

Pallbearers will be, Jerry Harper, Kenneth Harper, Jake Ashmore, Kevin Melton, Robert Gates and DeWayne Creed. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Williams and Garrett Williams.
