MONTEZUMA --- Services for Anne Lane Shirah Cole will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church with burial in Felton Cemetery. Cole, 83, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999. She was born in Ideal. The widow of W.A. Alex Cole, she was a retired postmistress. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Lester S. Cole of Montezuma; three grandsons, Les Cole, Chick Cole and Kevin Cole, all of Montezuma; and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Watson-Mathews Funeral Home.
