Stringer, MS -- Services for Ann W. McCarty will be held Monday, March 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in Laurel, MS. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery in Stringer, MS with Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in charge of arrangements. Bro. David Williams will officiate.
Mrs. McCarty, 82, died Friday, March 20, 2015 at Baptist Medical Center. She was born Thursday, August 25, 1932 in Stringer, MS.
Mrs. McCarty will be remembered for her love for the Lord and her family.
She is preceded in death by: her husband: James McCarty; parents: Dewey and Anna V. Williams; daughter: Carolyn Perry, brothers: Willie B. Williams and D. E. Williams and sister: Irene Simpson,
She is survived by: daughters: Gayle McCarty, Lois (Larry) Spinks; son: Danny (Jenny) McCarty; and sister: Merle Wood,
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel.
