Mrs. Caroline Holmes

Funeral services for Mrs. Caroline Holmes, 73, who died early yesterday at the home of her daughter, Miss Katharine Holmes, 1105 Second, will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at Cage Mills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Holmes, who was proof-reader for the Rein Printing Co. of Houston for 20 years, came to Corpus Christi about three years ago to make her home with her daughter. Her husband, William Edward Holmes, died in Houston in 1939.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. C. H. Moses, a teacher at Southern Methodist University; and Katharine Holmes, secretary to the publisher of The Caller-Times; one sister, Mrs. C. T. Everett of Houston; one niece, Mrs. Jessie Cochran of Houston; and one nephew, Claude H. Everett of Houston.
