Mrs. Ora [sic Ara] Freeman Dies at 94

Funeral services for Mrs. Ora [sic Ara] Freeman, 94, were held at 10 a.m. today at Middleton Creek Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Freeman, a native of Franklin County, died at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Rittie Rollins, Meadville; Mrs. Rosa Freeman, Summit, and Miss Bertha Freeman, Smithdale; one son, Amos Freeman, Meadville; one sister, Mrs. Jamie [sic Janie] Coleman, Meadville; one brother, Tyson Freeman, Natchez; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Catchings Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
