Arlene McQuiston

McGEHEE -- Arlene Wall McQuiston, 77, of McGehee, died June 21, 1996 at McGehee Desha County Hospital.

Born March 1, 1919, at Monticello, she was the daughter of the late Eagon and Evelyn Herring Wall.

A homemaker, she was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband, J. A. McQuiston of McGehee; two daughters, Lavern Potter of Selma (Drew County) and Patricia Cole of Arkadelphia; a brother, J. W. Wall of Minden, Louisiana; two sisters, Lottie Mae Johnson and Maxine Cox, both of Minden, Louisiana; a grandchild; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at McGehee First Presbyterian Church with Mason Craig officiating. Burial will be in McGehee Cemetery by Griffin Funeral Service of McGehee.
