Arlgree Emmons Whitten

CASCILLA - Arlgree Emmons Whitten, 67, homemaker, died of heart disease Sunday at her home. Services were at 1 p.m. Tuesday at National Funeral Home in Grenada with burial in Bethel Cemetery in Oxberry. She was a member of Cascilla Baptist Church.

Mrs. Whitten, the wife of Joseph Murray Whitten, also leaves a daughter, Mary Jo Foote of Covington, Tenn.; a son, Johnny Morgan Whitten of Cascilla; a brother, Blanton Emmons of Bessemer, Ala., three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
