Mrs. Armendia Crain
WINNSBORO -- Funeral services for Mrs. Armendia Crain, 79, of Winnsboro were to be held at 3 p.m. today at the Fort Necessity Baptist Church with the Rev. Benny Alford and the Rev. Jack Jones officiating.
Burial was to be in the Oak Grove Cemetery under direction of Atkins First National Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
Mrs. Crain died Tuesday at the King's Guest House in Winnsboro after a long illness. She was a member of the Fort Necessity Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis Cecil Crain and James Codie Crain, both of Winnsboro; three daughters, Mrs. Lila Burlew of Monroe, Mrs. Lois Crum of Winnsboro and Mrs. Helen Lewis of West Monroe; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were to be Dennis H. Crain, Dallas Crain, Tommy Lynn Crum, Ray Jordan, Joe Oliver and Roy Wall.
