MEREDITH FUNERAL HELD AUGUST 22

Last rites for Mr. Arthur Meredith, 74, were held August 22 at Mt. Pleasant church, of which he was a member. Rev. Lea Joyner officiated assisted by Rev. Yeager of Monroe.

Surviving are the wife; one daughter, Mrs. W. M. McKeithen, Monroe; one son, T. I., Columbia; one brother, Clarence, and one sister, Mrs. Pauline McKeithen.

Interment was in Mt. Pleasant cementery [sic cemetery] under direction of the Riser Funeral Home.
