A. T. Worsham

SWEETWATER (RNS) -- A.T. Worsham, 77, of Sweetwater, retired employee of the City of Sweetwater, was found dead at his home here about 10 a.m. Wednesday. Justice of the Peace Thomas Greene ruled the death due to natural causes and said Mr. Worsham had been dead a few hours when found.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Cate-Spencer Funeral Home Chapel.

The Rev. Raymond W. Dunn, pastor of the Fundamental Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in Sweetwater Cemetery.

Born Oct. 26, 1896, Mr. Worsham had lived in Sweetwater since 1906. He married Eula Mae Grayson July 29, 1916, at San Angelo. She died in January 1973.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Dora Mae Kilpatrick of Amarillo and Mrs. Helen Fay Davis of San Antonio; five sons, A.T. of Abilene, Bud Lee of Long Beach, Calif., John of Port Arthur, Walter of Amarillo and Donald of Sweetwater. A daughter, Mrs. Ann Muncy [sic Marcy], died in 1972.
