Funeral Services for Audrey Merle Torres, 93, of Zwolle, LA, will be held on Sunday, December 28, 2014 beginning at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Zwolle in Zwolle, LA with Rev. Jerry Penfield officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Zwolle, LA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014, beginning at 3:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Zwolle, LA.

Audrey Merle Torres was born on Wednesday, June 22, 1921 in Florien, LA. She passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Willis Knighton North in Shreveport,LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Garland and Bessie Keadle Evans; husband, Ernest R. Torres; son, Ernest DeWayne Torres; grandson, Kenny Joe Torres and three brothers and one sister.

She is survived by her daughters, Faye Torres and Jackie Rivers of Zwolle, LA and Janet Sepulvado of Noble, LA; sons, Kenneth Torres and wife Noel of Zwolle, LA and Harold Dew and wife Sherry of Ft. Jesup, LA; sister, Irene Armstrong of Fullerton, CA.; special companion, Spanky; twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren; numerous great great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Donny Joe Torres, Dalton Laroux, Michael Laroux, Donald Hugh Remedies, Derek Sepulvado, Tommy Dew and Mike Rivers.

Honorary Pallbearers will be grandchildren and great grandchildren.
