Services: Services for Aurelia E. Rolen will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 15, 2009, at the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville with Reverend Frank McCarley officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, LA. under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Pineville.

Visitation: Thursday, May 14, 2009, at Hixson Brothers, Pineville, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.

Mrs. Rolen, 77, of Alexandria, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2009, at Naomi Heights Nursing Home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Everett Rolen; parents, William Irvin and Ruby Eskew Edwards; brothers, Cecil Edwards, Thomas Edwards, Edward ``Snow'' Edwards; sisters, Maudie Whitehead, Shirlene Mize, Willie Edwards, Juanita Sawyer.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, John Keith Rolen & wife Debbie of Dry Prong, Brian Kent Rolen & wife Lynn of Loganville, Georgia; daughters, Rhonda Joy Faircloth, Lana Lea Rolen both of Alexandria, Sandy Rolen Johnston & husband Jeff of Lewisville, Texas; sisters, Betty Jean Sims & husband L. J., LaDelle Boosinger & husband Carl, Joy Culbertson; grandchildren, Jared Keith Rolen, Lauren Elise Rolen, Kerry Michelle Rolen, Kendra Marie Rolen, Brandon John Galle, Amanda Beth Galle, Bryson Aaron Galle, Katherine Lea Johnston, and Cameron Michael Johnston.
