Azelle Kelley Starks

Services for Mrs. Azelle Kelley Starks will be held at 11 a.m., Sunday, December 19, 2004 in Lincecum Baptist Church with Reverend Jim Winegeart officiating. Burial will be in Lincecum Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria.

Mrs. Starks, 74, of Pollock died Thursday, December 16, 2004 in Rapides Regional Medical Center.

She was a member of Lincecum Baptist Church having grown up in the church and as an adult, and was a retired registered nurse.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Schley H. Starks, Sr.; parents, Willie and Jessie Higgins Kelley.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Schley H. Starks, Jr. and his wife, Beverly of Walker, LA and `Oot' Wooten of Pollock, LA; daughter, Marilyn Starks Killingsworth and her husband, Richard of Houston, TX; sister, Novelle Kelley Rambo of Pollock; grandchildren, Kathy Killingsworth, Jessica Killingsworth, Hershel Starks III, and Heather Starks.

Friends may call Saturday at Lincecum Baptist Church after 5 p.m. until service time on Sunday.

Memorials may be made to Lincecum Baptist Church or to Lincecum Cemetery, 388 Lincecum Church Rd, Georgetown, LA.
