Barbara Marie Drawdy was born March 20, 1941 in Ellisville, MS and passed away peacefully to be with the Lord early Friday morning, November 7, 2014.
She was a former accountant and real estate agent and business owner of the Frankalina Restaurant in Jesup, Georgia, until she moved to Biloxi, MS where she was co-owner of Country's Boarding Kennel with her husband Charles Drawdy.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Chrissie Rush; son, Drew Sellers; and granddaughter, Misty Rush.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 45 years, Charles Drawdy; her daughter, Charlene Ledebuhr; 5 grandchildren, Cierra Ledebuhr, Dillan Ledebuhr, Charlize Ledebuhr, John Rush and Charlie Rush; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister, Janie Rayner; and brothers, Buddy Rayner, Bill Rayner, and Jimmy Strickland.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 11:30 a.m. until the service. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
