Barbara Smith Howse
(February 12, 1929 - December 25, 2010)

Barbara Smith Howse 81 of Laurel died Saturday Decmeber 25, 2010 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. She retired as a Medical Technician and Accountant. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church. And a member of the Waynesboro Drive Garden Club.

She is preceded in death by her husband C. J. Howse, 1 Brother Irvin Smith and 3 Sisters Doris Lloyd, Bonnie Meek and Pearl Upton.

Services will be 2 PM Tuesday at Memory Chapel with burial to follow in Lake Park Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7PM at Memory Chapel. Rev. Tim Hubbard and Rev. Gene Douglas will be officiating.

She is survived by 3 Sons Ben T. Howse and wife Laura of Laurel, Barry D. Howse of Laurel and Michael David Howse of Destin, Florida. 8 Grandchildren Garrett Howse, Leslee Howse, Thomas Howse, Bridget Howse, Brandi Howse, Bailey Howse, Blake Howse and Chase Howse. 2 Great Grandchildren Rylee Howse and Colin Cade.

In liew of flowers memorials may be made to The Christian Food Mission or The Salvation Army.

Pallbearers Harry Upton, Jack Knight, Bill Meek, Billy Shows, Garrett Howse and Thomas Howse.

Memory Chapel is in charge of services.
