STONECYPHER -- Barney B. Stonecypher of 740 North 6, Springfield, passed away November 22, 1963 at a local hospital.
He was Born April 26, 1909 in Wardville, Oklahoma. He was the owner of Barney's Cafe in Springfield. He was united in marriage to Annie R. Steidley, September 19, 1961, in Reno, Nevada. He had been a resident of this community fo the past 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Annie; two sons; Robert Stonecypher of Columbus, Ohio, and James J. Steidley III, at home; three grandchildren; three brothers, J. B. Stonecypher of Springfield, Roscoe Stonecypher and Otto Stonecypher both of Colgate, Oklahoma; four sisters, Essie Tarp of Elk City, Oklahoma, Elsie Shouse and Bessie Van Horn both of Dallas, Texas, Ruby Evans of Durante, Oklahoma; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 26, 1963 at 10:00 a.m. in Buell Chapel with interment in West Lawn Memorial Park.
