Baron C. Keel, Jr.

Baron C. Keel, Jr., 57, passed away Friday, Nov. 28, 2008 in Beauregard Memorial Hospital in DeRidder.

Visitation is today beginning at 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and will continue on Monday, Dec. 1, 2008 at 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidde. On Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008 visitation will begin at 10 a.m. and will continue until the time of service at 2 p.m. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Elder Truman Keel and Bro. Kenneth Smith will officiate. Burial will be at Old Cypress Cemetery in Rosepine.

Survivors include brothers: Patrick Keel, Jack Keel Sr. and spouse, Holly and Dorman Keel; nephew: Jack Keel, Jr. and niece: Stacey Bailey; great nephew: Curtis Keel; cousin: Annie Mae Hicks.

Also survived by special friends: Danny Hamilton, Michelle Ford, Randall and Stephanie Burrow and David Johnson.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Linda Keel; father: Curtis Keel; and mother: Ruth Keel.
