Beaulah Anderson, 75

Funeral services for Beaulah Faye Anderson, 75, of Hodge were held May 16 at the Union Baptist Church in Union with the Rev. E.D. Morris officiating. Burial followed in the Union Cemetery.

Mrs. Anderson died May 14 at Lincoln General Hospital.

Born Jan. 6, 1927 in Hodge, Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker and a long-time member of the Union Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Prather M. Anderson; her parents, Emmett and Quinnie Lowery [sic Lowrey]; and brother, Billy Everett Lowery [sic Lowrey].

She is survived by her son, Ronnie D. Anderson of Apalachicola, Fla.; sisters, Janis Fletcher and husband James of West Monroe, Nancy Bryant and husband L.E., Jr. of Jonesboro; and Karen Hall and husband Joe of Mount Holly, Ark.; life-long friend, Ernest Quarles of Hodge; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Eugene Anderson, Joey Anderson, Claude Brewer, Harold Carr, Cedric Smith and Jacky Sutton.

Services were under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.
