Belve L. Bounds

SPRINGHILL -- Belve L. Bounds, 78, died Wednesday in a Springhill hospital.

Mr. Bounds was a native of Plain Dealing and a retired motorman of the Pacific Electric Company of Long Beach, Calif. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the Bailey Mortuary chapel. Burial will be in the Rocky Mount Cemetery.

Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. Clara Bass of Plain Dealing, Mrs. Mae Alderman of Curryville, Tex., Mrs. Lizzie Cook, Mrs. Berta Kirkland and Mrs Ita Compton, all of Shreveport; five brothers, B. F. Bounds of Bossier City, T. B. Bounds of Benton, J. H. Bounds and H. D. Bounds Jr., both of Plain Dealing.
