Funeral services for Benjamin Watson Box, age 42, will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, January 16, 2006 at Mangham Baptist Church in Mangham, LA; under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral home with Rev. Rick Aultman officiating the services. Interment will follow at Little Creek Cemetery in Archibald, LA.
Benjamin Watson Box was born on August 30, 1963 in New Orleans, LA and passed away on Friday, January 13, 2006 in Rayville, LA.
Benjamin was a member of First Baptist Church of Archibald, LA, most recently he attended Mangham Baptist Church. He loved to hunt, fish, and trap, garden and to raise flowers.
He is survived by his parents: Erlene and Jack Box of Rayville, LA; sister, Lynne Box of Mangham, LA; nephew, Vance Box and wife, Heather of Monroe, LA; great niece, Hannah Box of Monroe, LA; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Paul Gandy, Clinton Smart, Brent Smart, Jerry Thompson, Kevin McKay and Vance Box.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Jim Archibald, Steve Archibald, Lowell Humphries, Skipper Antley, Stacy Antley, Trent Antley and Troy Jones.
The family would like to say a special thank you to family, friends and caregivers, especially to Hospice of Louisiana, you helped to make the last days bearable. Visitation will start at 4:00 PM, Sunday at Mangham Baptist Church.
