BENNIE E. PARKER

Bennie E. Parker, 80, resident of Chatom, Ala., former resident of Moss, died Wednesday night in a Jackson, Ala. nursing home.

Services will be held Friday, 2 p.m. at Memory Chapel with burial in Louin Cemetery. The Rev. Frank Posey will officiate.

Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Ola Walker, Hattiesburg; Mrs. Geneva Ponder, Chatom, Ala.; Mrs. Dean Pounders, Baton Rouge, La.; three sons, Jasen D. Parker, Macon; Ed Parker, Vicksburg; George (Bill) Lambert Parker, Oklahoma City, Okla.; ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Boliver [sic Bolivar], Moss; Mrs. Lottie Upton, Mrs. Eddie [sic Ettie] Hawthorn, both of Laurel and one brother, Tally Parker, Pachuta.
