ISBELL

Bert Isbell who lived on the south edge of Duncan on Highway 81 died Aug. 2, 1940. He was born March 20, 1875 in Searcy, Ark. and came to Duncan 40 years ago working first as a sign painter and then as a florist.

He is survived by his wife, Mayme, and 2 children; Bert Jr. age 18 and Betty Jo age 11 of the home.

Services will be at the R-G Chapel conducted by Rev. S. E. Armstrong with music by Judson Bailey of the Immanuel Baptist Church. Interment in Duncan Cemetery.
