Betty Ruth Harris
April 30, 1935 - November 16, 2014

Betty lived a beautiful and richly blessed life. She was married to the love of her life Lynn Martin Harris for fifty-five years. Betty was the owner of Harris Flowers. Her greatest joys were designing flowers at all hours in the flower shop, painting, her years with Terry and all her fishing buddies, and surfer friends at Meacom's Pier, and walking on the beach. Other joys were being anywhere with her family and traveling to the Hawaiian Islands, Nashville, and Washington, D.C. Betty enjoyed country music, crocheting, antiquing, and shopping flea markets.

Loving family include: daughter, Carolyn Harris of Port Neches; son, Terry Harris and his wife, Shari, of High Island; grandchildren, Mondi Hebert and her husband, Clay, of Nederland and Lynn Anthony Harris of High Island; great-grandchildren, Daxton Lee, Marley Ty, and Remi Grace; brother, Gene Gray and his wife, Mary, of Jasper; and sister, Mary Ratcliff of Jasper.

Cherished Harris brothers and sisters include: Joyce Midkiff and family, Joe, Bill, Jimmy Hugh, Reba, Avalon, Ouida, and Francis Ann.

Her beloved flower shop family includes: Creedean Carney, Juanita McMains, Miriam Cardona, Debbie Davis, and Virginia Smith.
