Beulah Corley Bardin

Funeral services for Beulah Corley Bardin, 84, of Greenwood, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bardin died of heart failure this morning, March 30, 2007, at her home. She was a retired Merle Norman representative and private caterer. A native of Carroll County, she was born Aug. 3, 1922, to the late Dick and Tessie Slocum Corley. She was a graduate of J.Z. George High School, and was a former member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary in Greenwood. She was a member of North Greenwood Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and six brothers, Tommy Corley, Buddy Corley, Billy Corley, Robert Corley, Wade Corley and Bo Corley.

She is survived by a daughter, Debbie Taylor of Cleveland; a sister, Stella Wier of Greenwood; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The Rev. Perry Irvin will officiate at the services.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of the services Saturday at the funeral home.

The family wishes to give special thanks to Mrs. Bardin's caregivers, Minnie Woods, Lee Peacock and Seyah Hospice, for the special care they gave her.
