BEVERLY BRADLEY
Beverly Jean Bradley, “Bev,” 81, of Las Vegas, passed away Jan. 22, 2014, surrounded by her family.
She was born on Sep. 3, 1932 in Hagerstown, Md. She was a resident of Las Vegas for 55 years. She received bachelors degrees in history and art history from UNLV. She ended her working career as a contract specialist for Bechtel in Nevada.
She is survived by her husband, of 53 years, Kenneth “Brad” Bradley; her children, Daniel Starrett of Denver, David Starrett, Diana Cox, Dawn Starrett and Donna Bradley, all of Las Vegas. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and her three cats and two dogs.
Her love of animals was apparent by no stray being turned away along with those her children brought home. Her favorite hobbies were reading, gardening and cooking. She will be surrounded by her family and animals in her final resting place. There will be no services.
The family requests any gift in the form of a donation to one of the local animal shelters in her honor.
