MRS. BEVERLY WALLISER
Services are pending with Smith & Kernke Funeral Home for Mrs. Beverly Sue Walliser, 34, Las Vegas, N.M., formerly of Oklahoma City.
Mrs. Walliser died Friday in Las Vegas from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born in Oklahoma City and had lived here until moving to New Mexico in 1976. She was a hospital therapist.
She is survived by a daughter, Melissa Susan, of the home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Abernathy, Oklahoma City; a brother, Phil Abernathy, Oklahoma City, and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Wiley, Oklahoma City.

Resident of Las Vegas, New Mexico, passed away Friday as results sustained in an auto accident. Her remains will be returned to Oklahoma City for services and interment through the Smith & Kernke Funeral Home. Local arrangements through Berardinelli Mortuary.

Apparent hit and run victim dies in SF
An apparent hit and run victim from Las Vegas died Saturday in St. Vincent's Hospital in Santa Fe, according to city police.
Beverly Walliser, 34, 924 Montezuma St., was injured Thursday, police reported. She was apparently hit by an unknown vehicle in the 1000 block of Montezuma St., while riding a bicycle. The victim was unconscious when found and was later transferred to St. Vincents Hospital.
The body has been transported to the State Office of the Medical Investigator for an autopsy, said police.
