BILLY E. KEMPER,
Billy E. Kemper, 62, an 18-year resident of San Bernardino and Highland, passed away March 31, 1983.
He was a native of Louisiana, Mr. Kemper was a graduate of Syracuse University, and of the Realtor's Institute. He was a retired USAF Chief Warrant Officer and a respected Realtor in partnership with his wife, Garland Kemper, in Highland for many years. Mr. Kemper also was a general partner of Kemmor of California, LTD., a member of the AF Association, Disabled American Veterans, The American Association of Retired Persons, San Bernardino Valley Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors.
Survivors include his wife, Garland; two sons, Ray and Ron; daughter, Kay Wilshire, and four grandchildren.
Service 9:30 a.m. Monday in Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, where friends may call after noon on Saturday. Graveside service 11 a.m. Monday in the Riverside National Cemetery.
