Billy Randale McCarty, Jr.

Graveside services for Billy Randale McCarty, Jr. were held Monday, November 5, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Coalgate Cemetery with Bro. Ralph Crow officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Brown's Funeral Service of Coalgate.

Mr. McCarty was born November 29, 1959 at Coalgate to Billy Randale McCarty, Sr. and Martha Ann (Hightower) McCarty and passed away November 2, 2012 at Coalgate at the age of 52. He attended and graduated from Lewisville, TX, plus TCU in Ft. Worth and married Barbara Crow on December 20, 2008 in Coalgate. Billy was a truck driver, was of the Baptist faith, and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara of Coalgate; parents, Billy McCarty, Sr. and Ann of Coalgate; sisters, Debbie Morgan and husband Stan of Irving, TX and Loretta McCarty of Coalgate; brothers, Bud McCarty of Denton, TX and Bobby Rydale McCarty of Lewisville, TX; two step-daughters, Tracy Eaves and husband Kenny of Atoka and Sheila McGee and husband Randall of Atoka; five grandchildren, Landree Eaves, Karris Eaves, Keenan Smith, Ethan Smith, DeJon McGee; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter “Bud” McCarty and Theodosia Burleson McCarty; maternal grandmother, Ola Latham; and mother-in-law Billie Crow.

Pallbearers were Bud Ray McCarty, Jeremy Morgan, Robert Stockwell and Rodney McKinney. Honorary bearers were Mark Taylor, Larry Brantley, Ronnie Brantley and Chris Bradley.
