Bobby Ray Grivette
A graveside service for Bobby Ray Grivette, 60, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Oroville. He died Monday, Jan. 15, 1996 from natural causes.
Grivette was born June 11, 1935 in Olla, La. He worked at Koppers Treatment Plant for over 24 years, and served in the Army from 1954 to 1956. He was raised in Ukiah and lived in Oroville for 25 years. He belonged to the Woodworkers Local Lodge W-12.
He is survived by is wife, Jeanette Grivette, of Oroville; sons, Rob Lawson, Scott Nail, David Nail and Matthew Grivette of Oroville, and Charles Grivette; daughters, Cathleen Vincent, Helen Lawson, and Claudette Fox, of Oroville, Jackie Grivette of Ukiah, Debra Grivette of Oregon, and Laura Grivette of Ukiah; brothers, Hugh Grivette of Ukiah, and Audene Clark of Paradise; sisters Vern Grivette and Ruth Weatherly of Ukiah; 23 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
