Vidalia Man Dies Of Bullet Wound

VIDALIA, La. (AP) -- Bobby Wayne Carlock of Vidalia died yesterday at the Natchez, Miss., General Hospital of a bullet wound received when an Army carbine he was cleaning accidentally discharged.

The 24-year-old Carlock, at his trailer home at the time, was struck above the heart.

The victim was an oil-field worker for International Paper Co. of Natchez.

His survivors include his widow, two sons, Ronnie, 2, and Revin [sic Kevin], 8 months, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alton Carlock, all of Vidalia.
